Retourneren & klachten

All orders are professionally packed and checked in our warehouse. If your order has suffered damage during the shipping process, are you not completely satisfied with your purchase, or are the glasses not as good as expected? Please feel free to contact us and we will of course solve this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return your product and get the purchase amount including shipping costs back. You can return your order in its original packaging, in most cases with letterbox mail. We will then exchange the package for you or refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
The shipping costs for returning (exchanging) are at your own expense.

Step 1: Register your return via our customer service. This can be done via the contact form or you can report it by telephone

Step 2: Send the return shipment to the return address below. This can be done in most cases with a letterbox package. Always keep the track and trace code of your shipment.

Step 3: You will be notified when the return has been received and processed by us.

Complaint about a product?

We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing info@partnerinslijtdelen.nl If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
